Siman Sefid Ni Riz was registered in 1366 under the name Siman Sefid Ni Riz Private Limited Company and was put into operation in September 1375. This company was converted into a public company in 2002 and was admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange on June 31, 2008.

 

In the disclosure on June 7, 1403 on Kodal, Senir stated that according to the review and decision of his board of directors regarding the increase of capital from the excess of revaluation of tangible fixed assets (land), he succeeded in obtaining the permission of his major shareholder (Siman Fars and Khuzestan) in this field. take the Therefore, according to the decision of the board of directors, it was decided that the CEO of the company should follow up the necessary and legal measures in this regard.

 

New Fars Cement (Sefano)

Farsno Cement Company was established in 1369 with the aim of building a 700 ton cement factory. The construction of this factory was started in May 1375 by the then president (Mr. Hashemi Rafsanjani), but at some point the construction project of this complex was stopped due to the number of investment plans of the main investor company (Siman Fars and Khuzestan). Finally, this factory was officially opened and operated in March 2004.

 

In his disclosure dated June 7, 1403, Safano announced on Kodal that he had obtained a license from Fars and Khuzestan Cement Company (the main company) and the approval of the board of directors regarding the increase of capital from the excess revaluation of tangible fixed assets (land). In this regard, the CEO of the company was assigned to take necessary and legal measures in this regard.
